Wilson Minango, Production Manager at Celtec, took first place with an idea projected to generate annual savings of USD 3,375 in cleaning supplies and 3,804 fewer pounds of waste.
Rómulo Sevilla, SHEQ Coordinator at Balanfarina, took second place with a proposal that generated a benefit of USD 4,897 through the recovery value of packaging and avoided waste management costs.
